"Had a problem with a taxi driver wanting $345 from JFK airport, the guy on the reception sent for the manager, who went out to the taxi driver to kick butt. Problem solved no worries, not everywhere would have gone that extra mile, but the Esplanade did because they are well equiped to handle guests who are less than with it!"
